We hope that you will return your cycles to us on time, however, if something should happen and you are running late we will retain the deposit you left when hiring the cycles. No. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not allow dogs into the same buggies that children go in.

No. We do not offer any cycles with stabilisers. If your child cannot ride or struggles to ride then we hire out Trailers which are towed by an adult rider. If your child is older than 6/7 years old we do have tandems and trikes available as well which are more suitable for older children.

Yes. The deposit is taken to cover the cost of damage that may be sustained during the course of your hire or to help cover our staff costs if you are late returning your bikes. Deposits will be withheld and/or additional reasonable credit/ debit card charges will be incurred in the event of damage or late return.

Yes. Helmets are available free of charge to customers who hire a bike from us and we strongly recommend that everybody wears one. We have a variety of sizes available from toddler up to large adult.

Yes. Podumna Glamping Village is located on-site, with a selection of glamping pods and cabins. Ensuite rooms are also available in our main building.
