What happens if I damage my bike?

Depending on the level of damage sustained to the bicycle, we will keep part or all of the deposit you leave when hiring the cycles and additional reasonable credit/ debit card charges may be incurred.

Do you supply helmets?

Yes. Helmets are available free of charge to customers who hire a bike from us and we strongly recommend that everybody wears one. We have a variety of sizes available from toddler up to large adult.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. The deposit is taken to cover the cost of damage that may be sustained during the course of your hire or to help cover our staff costs if you are late returning your bikes.
