I have been fitted to my bike, helmet and hi-viz.

I am satisfied the bike and equipment are in good working order.

I do not have a medical condition or am on any medication which I feel would prevent me from safely operating a bike.

Neither I nor any member of my party are under the influence of alcohol or any other substances which may impair my/our judgement or coordination.

If the bike or equipment get damaged during my hire I will report this immediately to a member of the bike hire staff. I have been given a contact number.

I have been given safe bike route directions and will adhere to the rules of the road, show courtesy to all other bike users, pedestrians and motorists.
